1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 3jlo Casino platform — including but not limited to its website at 3jlo.org, its games, sports betting interface, promotional offers, and customer support services — you ("Player," "User," "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") in their entirety.

If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms, You must immediately cease using the 3jlo platform and close Your account. Continued use of the 3jlo Casino platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Account Registration

Each eligible individual may open and maintain only one (1) active account at 3jlo Casino. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Any additional accounts identified as belonging to the same individual may be closed without notice, and balances therein may be forfeited.

During registration, You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and residential address. You agree to promptly update Your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your 3jlo account login credentials, including Your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 3jlo Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to Your account resulting from Your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits to Your 3jlo Casino account must be made through the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and USDT cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 3jlo Casino processes approved deposits in real time and funds are typically available for wagering within 60 seconds of a confirmed GCash or Maya transaction.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into Your 3jlo account are derived from lawful sources and that You are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made via payment methods not registered in Your name may be refused and returned, less any applicable processing fees.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from Your 3jlo Casino account must meet the following conditions before processing:

• No active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements may remain attached to the balance being withdrawn, unless the bonus is forfeited in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active on a single account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to baccarat and roulette — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward bonus wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

7Game Rules and Fairness

In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account-level matters.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3jlo Casino platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account per individual person.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to play, bet, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

3jlo Casino monitors accounts and gameplay activity continuously. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

9Responsible Gaming

10Account Suspension and Closure

3jlo Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine government authority.

Where an account is closed for regulatory compliance reasons with no finding of prohibited conduct by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all compliance obligations are satisfied.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jlo Casino platform — including but not limited to the 3jlo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 3jlo Casino or its licensed providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3jlo platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the 3jlo platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 3jlo Casino.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jlo Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from Your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

3jlo Casino's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to 3jlo Casino in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3jlo Casino does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.

13Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Your personal data by 3jlo Casino is governed by the 3jlo Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, You also accept the 3jlo Privacy Policy in its entirety.

3jlo Casino processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

14Amendments to These Terms

3jlo Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform — including via email notification to Your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the 3jlo Casino website.

Continued use of the 3jlo platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not accept the revised Terms, You must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

3jlo Casino operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their rights under these Terms have been violated may raise a formal complaint through 3jlo's dispute resolution process or, if unsatisfied with the outcome, escalate to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
